What We Do
The Outer Critics Circle is a members-only organization of theater critics, journalists, and feature writers representing national and digital publications. For more than seven decades, its members have chronicled, celebrated, and honored the artists and productions that define the theatrical landscape across New York City. As the presenter of the annual Outer Critics Circle Awards, the organization will celebrate its 77th anniversary during the 2026–2027 season.
